Source Distribution, Inc. takes great pride in its products and warrants them to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. Source Distribution, Inc. will, at its option, replace or repair any item that we deem to be defective.

Source Distribution, Inc. will not be held liable for any claims or statements of, but not limited to, suitability for use, compatibility for use, and performance of equipment made by the respective manufacturers. Source Distribution, Inc. also makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

Source Distribution, Inc. will not be held liable for, but not limited to, damage caused by improper use, damage in transit, lack of lubrication, improper assembly, abuse, alteration or repair by a party other than Source Distribution, Inc., or damage caused by accident, neglect, or negligence.

Source Distribution, Inc. will not be held liable for, but not limited to, any allowance for, freight or transportation charges, removal or installation costs, outside labor involved, or any liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages or delay. Source Distribution, Inc. is not responsible for any costs incurred due to shipping product back for warranty work, including but not limited to theft and damage. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges and or adequate insurance.

No other warranties, guarantees, or liabilities either implied or expressed will be the responsibility of Source Distribution, Inc

Source Distribution, Inc. reserves the right to charge for normal depreciable wear on a pro-rata basis.

No credit is to be taken without the prior approval of Source Distribution, Inc.
